The Parwah Cycle

Parwah is not a one-time workshop or counselling service. It is a continuous wellbeing cycle designed to help schools hear the student voice, understand emerging needs, and respond with meaningful support.

Trust Before Data

Before asking students to share anything, Parwah focuses on building comfort and psychological safety inside the classroom.

Through interactive sessions and conversations, students begin to see the school as a space where emotions, relationships, and challenges can be expressed without judgement.

This stage is simple but essential: students speak only when they feel safe.
