The Parwah Cycle

Parwah is not a one-time workshop or counselling service. It is a continuous wellbeing cycle designed to help institutions hear the student voice, understand emerging needs, and respond with meaningful support.

Step 1

Trust Before Data

Before asking students to share anything, Parwah focuses on building comfort and psychological safety inside the classroom.

Through interactive sessions and conversations, students begin to see the institution as a space where emotions, relationships, and challenges can be expressed without judgement.

This stage is simple but essential: students speak only when they feel safe.

Step 2

Listening to the Student Voice

Once trust is established, Parwah introduces short reflection check-ins and guided surveys that allow students to share how they are feeling about institution life, friendships, digital pressures, and personal growth.

These reflections are designed to be simple, private, and student-friendly.

Step 3

Understanding the Institution Pulse

The system highlights patterns across classes and grades, helping educators understand the emotional climate of their students.

This allows institutions to move from assumptions to evidence-based understanding of student wellbeing.

Step 4

Supporting Students Through Action

Based on these insights, Parwah introduces targeted interventions, including:

  • Experiential wellbeing workshops
  • Peer-support circles
  • Counsellor conversations
  • Parent and teacher sensitisation sessions

Each activity is aligned with the PARWAH developmental domains, ensuring a holistic approach to student growth.

Step 5

Growing With the Students

Student needs evolve over time, and so does the Parwah cycle.

Parwah helps institutions move beyond reacting to problems towards understanding and nurturing student wellbeing every day.
